Joey Testo is the genius on this page. Switch to classic. The offending message will now have a link on which you can click. This will open a new window in which you will enter the letters in a box. You know, the oddly shaped ones. Once the letters are entered, you will be notified that you are validated and a close window button will appear. Now simply send your message.
